I am a trainer, actor, and director who works with people in a playful way to study effective behavior. When you know what change you want (what is your goal) and who needs to take action to make it happen, then the final step is making it happen (what will be your strategy). As a leader, you may always be right, but how do you make others see it that way? For 20 years, I’ve been training numerous companies, always focusing on choosing behaviors that help you achieve what you want. How do you inspire people? How do you establish standards and uphold them? How do you handle resistance? How do you stay in your power when facing resistance? How do you create a willingness to change and get everyone aligned?
My trainings typically come at the end of an extensive process and are practical and immediately applicable. They empower people and give them the courage to try something different from what they’ve always done. With a lot of humor, I invite people to give it a try—because whatever you do often, you’ll get better at. As a leader, you must, of course, lead by example in this.
In my trainings, I start with what is already there and, together with participants, I search for possibilities. I “sell” a Desire for Change. If people feel energized to get to work with it, then my day is made.
