Wij nemen kleine stappen om grote impact te bereiken. Wij kijken naar wat goed is en richten hier de energie op. Wij kijken naar wat werkt voordat we verbeteringen voorstellen. Wij zijn pragmatisch en komen snel in actie.

Wij werken met jou samen als adviseurs en facilitators van organisatorische transformatie, counselors voor (team) leiderschapsontwikkeling, gidsen voor team effectiviteit, ontwerpers van leiderschapsprogramma’s en trainers.

Wij prikkelen je nieuwsgierigheid en versterken je wil voor verbetering. Samen maken we stappen naar een cultuur die groei stimuleert en leidt tot effectieve teamsamenwerking en persoonlijke verandering. We helpen je om je doelen waar te maken.
Verandering binnen organisaties vereist begrip van zowel de organisatiecontext als inzicht in wat nodig is om overtuigingen en gedragingen te veranderen. Wij combineren onze achtergrond als management consultants met psychologische expertise en vinden inspiratie in systeemtheorie, Transactionele Analyse en energiewerk.

Spark for Growth werd in 2014 opgericht door Inge Bakker, Myrna Nakad en Sonya Richardson die een gezamenlijke achtergrond deelden bij McKinsey & Company. Inmiddels is Spark For Growth een netwerkorganisatie van deskundigen en met klanten door heel Europa.
