Compelling Communication

Poor communication is one of the main reasons why organizations face challenges. It is also a key reason for lack of performance. We don’t learn to communicate compellingly in our educational system, but are expected to do so at work. It is a skill that most people need to learn.

Structuring and synthesizing your message and then visualizing it in a way that brings people on board is a key skill for professional success and team/organizational effectiveness. In training sessions we will work with you and your team on becoming more compelling and delivering perspective and recommendations rather than taking your audience for a walk in the woods. We will work with you on your own cases, allowing for any engagement to be relevant to you and your team.

Typically we will have a 1-day or 2 half-day sessions using your own documents. We also provide 1-on-1 coaching over a longer period, allowing for deep dives into personal challenges.
