If you are a new team, we will help you create a basis of trust and align expectations. In a series of half-day programs, you will engage in a deep dive on trust by exploring individual strengths, drivers and triggers, moving to peer feedback for personal and team development.
A well-established team may need to clear tensions or have a need to challenge existing routines with fresh perspectives. In a day-and-a-half one-off session you will explore the current way of working, both above and below the surface. You will align on constructive ways of addressing conflict by engaging in the tough conversations.
