Teams constantly look to improve both their performance and wellbeing for the long run.

If you are a new team, we will help you create a basis of trust and align expectations. In a series of half-day programs, you will engage in a deep dive on trust by exploring individual strengths, drivers and triggers, moving to peer feedback for personal and team development.

A well-established team may need to clear tensions or have a need to challenge existing routines with fresh perspectives. In a day-and-a-half one-off session you will explore the current way of working, both above and below the surface. You will align on constructive ways of addressing conflict by engaging in the tough conversations.

Cross Functional Collaboration

Increasingly we need to work with a broader network of people to achieve the results we need. Work has become more complex with many more expertises needed.

Effectively working across business functions or across organizations requires extra attention to team dynamics and culture. Alignment does not come automatically. Team development focuses on building understanding and trust, ensuring effective communication.

This program starts with a half-day kick-off session to establish the basics and continues with regular check-in sessions to assess how the collaboration is strengthening both performance and wellbeing.

As part of this program, in-depth evaluations of the collaboration are suggested to ensure the learnings will benefit future teams.

Team Learning

Get off to a good start. In a half-day session a (project) team can ensure a basis of trust and alignment to carry them forward. We deep dive on the interpersonal aspects, we provoke you in being both ambitious and pragmatic, and we make sure everyone will know what is expected of them as we close the session.

The session consists of 3 parts. We build alignment on purpose and roles/responsibilities for the project at hand. We focus on creating a trust base by understanding each others’ strengths, drivers, triggers and learning goals, and by agreeing team norms for effectiveness and wellbeing. And we help you create a workplan with clear milestones.
