In a world of constant change it takes curiosity to embrace the new, courage to let go of the past and perseverance to achieve goals. With this collective vision on change we – Inge Bakker, Myrna Nakad and Sonya Richardson – founded Spark–Change for Growth in 2014. Like us, our network of professionals understand the business context and have expertise in the ‘inner work’ of mindsets and behaviors. Consultants who look first at what is right in the existing situation before they offer advice on what would be better to change.
