After more than 30 years of of coaching, leading and developing people and running high performing organisations I feel very privileged to be able to say that I’m more excited and inquisitive about the work that I do than ever! I keep trying to slow down and then someone will ask me to get involved in an interesting project and….off I go again!
Client feedback says that I will challenge and quickly get to the heart of the matter and I am equally able to create a supportive environment for teams and individuals, to explore issues, learn and commit to new action. This philosophy translates well into the executive coaching and development environment where I always strive to build a strong rapport with clients to effect lasting change at a performance, behavioural and attitudinal level. I believe that an essential component of coaching and facilitation is for the individuals and teams I work with to become skilled and self-sufficient learners themselves.
Outside of work I love playing music and being outdoors as much as possible, and am probably at my happiest when in mountains with family and friends walking, biking, camping and climbing.
