My work is focused on supporting thought leaders in public speaking, strategic positioning and high-impact communications.

They say to spend time on doing what you love, and the rest will follow. Ten years ago, while working in global communications in the B2B tech industry, TED began licensing events internationally. A big fan of both TED and bottom-up idea generation, I offered to get involved as a volunteer. That tiny “spark” changed the course of my career as I became more and more intertwined with TED talks, going on to become a licensee myself and coaching numerous speakers in bringing their ideas to life.

Marrying this experience with my communications background to work with thought leaders was a clear next step. Why? Whether we speak or write on behalf of our companies or just ourselves, personal and professional meaning needs to be in alignment now more than ever. Speaking and visibility has taken on new importance in developing leaders.

Spark’s vision aligns closely with my own, and I’m thrilled to be part of the extended team.
