Liberating the leadership potential in everyone is the core of Mike’s work.  In a world that seems frequently to be over-managed and under-led he facilitates at an organization, team, and individual level the quest for aspirational Vision supported by coherent Strategy that will translate into purposeful Implementation.  The authentic leadership that results has the power to mobilize energy, talent, and growth.

Mike facilitates with the patience and perception required to balance both the challenge and the support required to do this work successfully.  He draws on a deep experience of working in organizational settings as diverse as Medicine, Nuclear, Food and Drink, Oil and Gas, Automotive, Finance, Consultancy, and the Arts sectors.  Multinationals to Micro- Partnerships.

Whilst this is all serious territory, Mike also knows that to really liberate the joy and excitement that derives from authentic long term personal leadership a lightness of touch, and a freedom of spirit is also important.  He encourages a holistic approach to leadership development and works in the classroom as well as in the natural environment.

A passionate environmentalist Mike is a Fellow of the Royal Geographical Society and balances work commitments by making the time to be with his family in the mountains and on the sea.
