I am a group facilitator, coach and international programme manager in the field of leadership and organizational development. My work involves getting alongside people to navigate the immense potential and painful struggles that are inherent in leading in complex organisations. I believe in restoring humanity to our overly managed workplaces so that we collectively create the conditions for people to flourish.

I enjoy the adventure of working across multiple sectors and geographies for global brands and have a particular interest and expertise in systems leadership and handling complexity. Building on my deep personal work, I have undertaken study and practice in the field of business sustainability and am supporting leaders to create systems change within their organisations in the transition to Net Zero.

Clients value my combination of hands-on practical senior leadership experience, academic rigor and insightful personal touch. I am known for having a down to earth and up-front approach that stirs groups into thinking and interacting beyond the superficial.

Outside of work I am on the Board of Trustees for a local charity that takes action on a range of issues around Climate Change. I enjoy wilderness adventures and am an avid cyclist.
