It is no surprise that I personally feel very connected to words like curiosity and courage, the key drivers of change. My mother patiently allowed for my endless curious why’s. My father inspired courage to become anything (or rather, anyone) in life.

Today, working with leaders I am constantly inviting them to be curious, allowing themselves to be open to change, open to growth as they hadn’t seen it before. Often by seeing things in a different light, they become much more inviting. And then it becomes much easier to have the courage to tackle whatever is holding someone or something back. I do so with an abundance of energy and an innately positive mindset and thrive on the many rewarding journeys I go on with people, teams and organizations.
