Spark for growth

We take small steps to get to big impact. We find what’s right and focus the energy on these strengths. We look at what’s working before suggesting improvements. We are pragmatic and get into action quickly.

We will work with you as advisors and facilitators of organizational transformation, counselors for (team) leadership development, guides for team effectiveness, designers of leadership programs, and trainers.

We will spark your curiosity and strengthen your courage. Together, we will then chart a course to a growth culture, effective team collaboration or personal change. And we will stand by you for you to persevere and succeed.

Organizational change requires understanding both the business context and what it takes to shift mindsets and behaviors. We combine our strategic consulting skills with the psychological lens and find inspiration in systems theory, transactional analysis and energy work.

Spark for Growth was founded by former McKinsey & Company colleagues Inge Bakker, Myrna Nakad and Sonya Richardson in 2014. Today our team of expert professionals, mainly based in the Netherlands and the United Kingdom, work with clients across Europe.
