I am passionate about unlocking (leadership) potential and helping organizations and management deal with the challenges they are exposed to. I have 27 years of experience in increasing organization effectiveness by addressing leadership &talent development issues as well as team effectiveness and organizational design.

As a coach on personal and professional development, I help my clients understand their own behavior, their choices and impact on others. These insights help my clients get a deeper understanding of what makes up for their behavior and enables them to make more conscious choices in future situations. I have a hands-on way of working directly connected to real-life situations. I work for clients in profit and not-for-profit organizations and connect personal goals to an organizational context.

I have an education in Organizational and Occupational Psychology and Research methodology. In my work I keep looking for new methods and perspectives that can help others develop themselves. I worked as a senior consultant Talent- and Leadership development at Hay Group for 13 years and the past 8 years as an independent senior coach and consultant Leadership- Team- and organizational development.
