I have 20 years of experience guiding teams in an international context, aiming to create strong connections that lead to optimal team performance, always in alignment with the organization’s strategy. My field is very diverse, covering business services, the manufacturing industry, (management) teams in healthcare, and government. Before becoming a team coach, I built a career in the International Mobility Industry. I worked for several years in Moscow as a department manager and later became Head of Project Management in the HR Certification sector. My extensive experience as a manager is greatly valued by the teams I coach.
I enjoy the complexity of team dynamics within organizations. My mission is to support teams in their journey of self-discovery and in becoming a true, authentic team. The focus is on the quality of relationships—relationships with oneself, with the team, and thus with the rest of the organization. I build solid teams capable of sustaining long-term change. I do this by facilitating (sometimes challenging) conversations and creating concrete action plans. I bring an informal, playful, and challenging style, where nothing is left unsaid during a session. I believe in the wisdom of the group. I let what needs to happen unfold, then interpret its meaning and use it to move forward… “Straightforward yet compassionate.”
