Since 2010, I have been working as a team and leadership coach. My strength lies in working with teams facing complex group dynamics, where I bring underlying tensions and emotions to the surface. Through a combination of connecting and thought-provoking coaching, I know exactly what it takes to help teams grow.

With extensive experience across diverse assignments, I guide teams in building mutual trust, even in challenging situations. As a facilitator of peer coaching sessions, I encourage reflection, ownership, and a learning mindset. Within (executive/management) teams, my focus is on fostering connection, trust, and constructive conflict resolution. I also support teams during change processes by emphasizing shared goals and lead leadership journeys and programs aimed at personal and professional growth.

My approach is characterized by a thought-provoking, connecting, intuitive, and curious style. I have a keen eye for group dynamics, leadership styles, and team patterns. Through targeted interventions, I help teams grow in trust, collaboration, and ownership. For me, vulnerability—and the courage to admit “not knowing”—is a powerful tool to create genuine connection. I continuously reflect on my own actions and inspire teams to do the same.
