I believe in people and their ability to transform and grow. That’s why I help clients to discover their (inner) needs, passion and purpose while acknowledging their challenges and conflicts. I coach individuals, relationships, teams and organizations with their change needs. I love when clients face conflicts. I support them to get the root course of the conflict out in the open and develop ways to dissolve it in a way that fits the client best. I do this by being challenging and compassionate and by showing my own vulnerability.

I spent 25+ years in the international corporate world and like to work internationally. I have solid experience in (senior) management and project lead positions. I led a wide variety of teams, facilitated the definition and implementation of strategies at operational and corporate level and helped to set-up businesses from scratch. Almost all my career I have worked in cross-cultural settings.

I am a strong believer and advocate of diversity, equality and inclusion. I am convinced that people who feel that they belong to something will be healthier and perform better.
