Out of a personal fascination with what remains unspoken in interpersonal interactions, I have guided many people in optimizing their relationships with others. My expertise includes facilitating peer coaching sessions for leaders to help them advance in their leadership, offering individual coaching for employees seeking inspiration and growth, and restoring relationships between colleagues.
I love addressing what often goes unspoken. By shedding light on the unconscious processes that can hinder people in their relationships, awareness naturally breaks through the surface. These feelings might have been sensed deeply before but were not understood. Now, they come into conscious awareness. From that moment, new processes can unfold. And often, this is accompanied by a sigh of relief or even bursts of laughter. It opens up space for creativity, change, and growth in relationships with others.
My approach combines analytical conversations with well-known learning methods, such as Management Drives, or other coaching techniques. I tailor my work to the specific question at hand, ensuring a practical, straightforward, down-to-earth style, always infused with a touch of humor.
I draw significant inspiration from people like Canadian clinical psychologist Sue Johnson and Belgian psychiatrist and professor Dirk De Wachter. Both emphasize the importance of meaningful relationships and human connection. The more positive connections people experience in their lives, the better they function. Contributing to that is something I am passionate about.
