From my background as the youngest in a large family, I quickly developed my interest in the psychology of people, the dynamics of groups and the importance of communication in this. I advise, coach and guide leaders, teams and organisations in their desired development and change and in jointly creating a healthy working and learning environment with a good balance between challenge, safety, fun and meaning. Assignments can be short-term coaching and training courses and longer-term advice and guidance courses in the field of leadership, culture and organisational development.
I work from the strength of the people, the teams and the organisations themselves. Together we investigate what people want to achieve and learn. And what needs to be overcome in this. How? By having a ‘good conversation’ with each other, in whatever form. In this dialogue there is room for reason, feeling and intuition. We look at existing views, beliefs and patterns. What are obstructive obstacles and possible resources? We then explore what space there is for new paths and possibilities and translate these into concrete steps.
I look from a systemic perspective, multi-partisan beyond ‘good and bad’. What does the force field look like from different perspectives and where can positive movement be created. With an eye for the goal, the process and the mutual relationships. I believe that the ‘hard and soft’ side must reinforce each other in order to achieve organic growth from the set frameworks and boundary conditions.
I get energy from people and get enthusiastic about jointly investigating personal and collective issues and challenges in order to then be able to take steps in them.
