The essence of my work is centered on developing leaders, professionals, and teams within their organizational context. In my work as a coach I am constantly challenging perspectives and inviting teams and their leaders to revisit their assumptions and beliefs, in order to increase collaboration and results. I believe deeply in the power of dialogue and genuine connection as a way to increase organizational effectiveness.

Especially when the stakes are high, commitments are competing and people and organizations feel under pressure, perspectives tend to get narrow. I create a space for interaction so that people can investigate how to increase collaboration, challenge assumptions and reconnect. My approach involves peeling back layers of complexity—whether at the individual level, within teams, or across the organization—until we identify the core issues and needs. I do this combining my analytical skills and pragmatism with empathy and intuition.

I work with both Dutch and international organizations, both profit and non-profit. I appreciate the diversity of organizations and am very aware of the complexity of the dynamics within which they operate. I come alive when working in international and intercultural settings, as these environments challenge our assumptions and beliefs.
