I’m a former news journalist and am passionate about asking the right questions to help people explore what matters most for them. Very often, the simplest questions are also the most revealing and can lead to genuine and lasting insights.

With more than 30 years’ experience under my belt, I’m an experienced consultant, facilitator and coach who has worked with leaders and teams across a wide range of sectors. I help people raise their awareness, build a shared understanding, find alignment and take responsibility for realising their full potential.

I do some of my best work with senior teams, particularly those with an international mix and coach across the C-suite, as well as developing top talent and high potentials. During my varied consulting career, I have delivered solutions for numerous global clients with a special focus in financial services.

Clients expect – and deserve – absolute dedication and I approach my work in a professional and committed manner, but also bring plenty of energy, humour and enthusiasm. Above all, I’m motivated to help people ‘get out of their own way’ and am very good at building long-term relationships. Clients find my pragmatic and supportive coaching style to be both refreshing and productive.

My professional experience includes a range of roles in news media and management consulting. I’ve held senior positions in global organisations, served on leadership teams, implemented strategy, managed key account relationships, directed global programmes and facilitated at the highest level. I’d like to think this gives me an understanding of the corporate and commercial realities for many of our clients. Outside of work, I spend my time in nature and volunteer for several non-profits promoting environmental education and a better understanding of the world around us.
