After 30 years of working in the corporate world, I decided that I wanted to spend more of my time helping others to be the best version of themselves by helping them ‘get out of their own way’. I am passionate about enabling others to realise their true potential through personal growth. I am insightful and energised, working with integrity, emotional intelligence, and a sense of humour! I excel at connecting and building relationships that provide value for the long term.

Working as an executive coach and mentor as well as a Leadership facilitator my experience comes from working in international businesses including over 10 years of experience at board level as Group HR Director for Unite plc and HR Director UK & Ireland for IKEA. During that time, I built a strong reputation as results-driven, personable, strategic people focused leader with a robust operations background who was a great foil for my board colleagues. I have a strong track record of developing and implementing customer-led strategies that genuinely empower and engage employees through the organisational culture. Over the years I have led significant change initiatives and have experience of managing complex stakeholder relationships. Client feedback says that I am down to earth, supportive, and challenging, an approach they find both refreshing and productive.
